MY CLIENTS
I've trained a variety of clients, from those who seek to gain muscle, those who are recovering from injuries, or those who just want to slim down. Many of them have little to no experience when they first start, and yet now they're doing pullups and deadlifts—things they'd never imagine. Everyone has to start somewhere.
If you choose to work with me like many of my graduated and present clients, we will come up with a workout routine tailored specifically to your needs and schedule.
MEET THE TRAINER
I worked in the RSAF for 6 years as a Weapons Engineer. However, health and fitness was always on my mind. I started my personal training journey when my colleagues asked for help in passing the IPPT, and from there, my passion for helping others reach their goals grew.
It was nerve-wracking, leaving a stable job with upward potential, switching to a completely different career at this point in my life. However, I knew it was necessary. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I didn't try.
I took my first step, and I'm still walking my own path. Let me help you take your first step too.

How soon can I expect results?Fitness is always an ongoing journey. I always tell my clients to not expect instant results. It requires dedication and discipline. More importantly than training you, I want to teach you to train yourself, so that you have the tools to keep going on your journey, with or without me. 🏋💪

Is there a minimum or maximum number of sessions that I have to sign up for?No, depending on your goals and your current condition, I will advise. Rest assured, no hard selling is involved. The ultimate goal is to help you acquire physical and mental wellbeing.
